Manuel is a Senior Tax Associate in AHP's Tax and Customs practice group, and before joining AHP, he was a government officer at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) with more than 16 years of experience in various positions, most recently as head of the objection and litigation section, and he was also a global trade advisory manager at one of the largest accounting firms.

Manuel has extensive experience in handling customs and excise disputes, customs audits, HS classification, import and export permits, free trade agreements, import and export matters, and customs facilities.
