AHP’s Covid-19 Measurement Action
Dear our valued clients,
In light of the current Covid-19 situation and following the government’s direction, the firm has decided to implement the following enhanced measures for our safety:
- Workforce Segregation
AHP has decided to implement “Work from Home”, effective from today, Monday, 16 March 2020, until further notice. Segregation of work teams will commence with weekly rotational work arrangement between the office and home.
- Virtual meeting
All meetings and discussions with external parties including clients (both in the office or outside) to be conducted virtually using technology. Face to face meetings with external parties including clients (both in our office and outside) should only be carried out if necessary and in this regard, we reiterate that there must be no face to face meetings with:
- any external parties including clients with travel history to the Covid-19 infected countries in the last 14 days; or
- anyone who had contact with individuals with travel history to the Covid-19 infected countries in the last 14 days (regardless of the person’s health condition);
- anyone who had contact with individuals under a self-quarantine order; or
- anyone who is unwell.
- Data room visit
We strongly encourage that all due diligence documents be uploaded onto a virtual data room or cloud storage. In addition, we encourage that all meetings and discussion pertaining to due diligence be conducted virtually using technology.
We will continue with ‘business as usual’ basis without compromising on our service quality.
If you have any question or concern, please contact the partner in charge of your matter.
Best regards,
Assegaf Hamzah & Partner
