Suryani is a senior associate in AHP’s Tax and Customs practice group. Before joining AHP, Suryani spent more than two decades in a big four accounting firm and in the tax departments of various companies, including a multinational bank. Her experience spans the full spectrum of tax dispute resolution, advisories, including on planning, compliance, establishing new work procedure and system, and due diligence.

Key Works:

• Advised a multinational management consulting on the Indonesian tax implications of the client’s international structuring plan.
• Provided tax advice to help a consulting service company secure a tax refund from Indonesia tax authority as Indonesia's procedure for obtaining a reduced income tax rate in accordance with the tax treaty.
• Advised a technology company on the Indonesian tax implications of several proposed restructuring plan, which one of them include the initial public offering at the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
